Golf du Médoc in Le Pian-Médoc

Arrived at Le Pian-Médoc, you take your place for the first green fee of your stay, with the course of the vines, an 18-hole course The vineyard course, par 71 of 6,237 meters, was made by the Canadian Rod Whitman, assistant to the American Bill Coore.

The vineyard route is part of a typical regional landscape where heath and maritime pines mix. The quality of the greens and the technical richness of the layout, with well-placed obstacles, make the vineyard course a challenging playground that will satisfy the expectations of the most demanding golfers. At the end of the day, you join your guest house to settle down quietly. You take your convivial dinner at the table d'hôtes: a menu with 3 courses and wines included will be proposed.

You are staying in a double room in a charming accommodation in the heart of the vineyards.

Lacanau Golf and Castles Route

After having breakfast at the guest house, you take the road for a second green fee at Lacanau golf, with the route of the Ardilouse (18 holes).

Between lake and ocean, in the heart of the national forest, the golf of Lacanau offers a calm and exotic environment.

The route of the Ardilouse was built in 1980 by John Harris. Entirely designed on sand, this course offers a unique architectural diversity and will suit both beginner and experienced golfers. You will have your lunch as you wish either at the golf of Lacanau or in front of sea. In the middle of the afternoon, you take the way back to Margaux where you will wait a visit of the cellars of a grand cru classé 1855 followed tasting.

On the road of the castles, you will make a stop for a dinner in one of the addresses of charm of Médoc (menu with 3 dishes without drinks). Then you return to your accommodation for the night in the heart of the vineyards.

Medoc Golf Course in Le Pian-Médoc

Once you've had breakfast, you're back on your way to the third and last green fee of your stay at the Medoc golf course. Voted best course in France in 2014 by the World Golf Awards, the 18-hole, par 71, 6576-meter Châteaux course was designed in 1989 by the American architect Bill Coore.

The Châteaux course takes place in the heart of unspoiled nature, made of heather, gorse and broom. Responding to the traditional Scottish links style, this championship course offers quality greens thanks to a technical richness of the layout.
