I customise my break by adding options
Once you have chosen your turnkey offer, you can, if you wish, customise it at your leisure by adding one or more of the options available, for example an additional activity, an original visit, a better restaurant or a higher-starred hotel.

Once you have found the break and options of your choice, click on the “Book” button. You can then fill in a booking form giving your first name, surname, telephone, e-mail, dates of stay, number of people, etc. You will then select your options, if any. The price displayed at this stage is only indicative, within a few euros of the actual price: the final price will be given in the next stage. Send the form to request your final quote.
The Bordeaux Travel team will immediately check availabilities and rates with all concerned tourism suppliers (accommodation, restaurants, activities, visits, etc.). Their rates are indeed likely to change according to your dates of stay and your specific requests.
You will receive your final quote by e-mail within 48 hours. Please check the services included in our detailed offer. Indeed, no break includes the insurance or purchases which you will be able to make on the spot. Some breaks do not include transport from one site to the other.
If you would like to customise your break further, click on the “Change quote” link at the bottom of the e-mail. Bordeaux Travel will do everything to meet your wishes.
If the break on offer meets all your expectations, click on the “Pay for the break” link at the bottom of the e-mail. You will be automatically redirected to our space for secure payment by bank card or PayPal. Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of payment and an invoice by e-mail.
You will also receive a complete file by e-mail, describing your entire stay in detail: programme, activities, addresses, contact details for service providers and exchange vouchers. Enjoy your stay in Nouvelle-Aquitaine!
